Why Homeflit exists

Putting a home on the market is a big, public step: an agent, a board outside, photos online and pressure to accept an offer quickly. Plenty of people would sell if a good enough offer came along, but will never go through all of that to find out.

Homeflit takes away that first step. Owners list their home in a few minutes, without their name or exact address being shown, and wait. Buyers who are serious about an area can find those homes and make an offer directly. If the price and timing are right, the two of them take it from there with their own solicitors.

What we stand for

• Privacy first. Code names instead of names, postcode areas instead of addresses, and no advertising cookies.
• Free to list. No commission and no fee when you sell on homeflit.com.
• No pressure. There is no deadline. Owners say yes only when it suits them.
• Honest information. We check ownership by hand, show real buyer demand as counts, and use official sales data rather than guesses.

Who is behind it

Homeflit is an independent business, founded in 2026 and built and run in the UK. It is in public beta, which means features are still being added and improved. We read every message, so tell us what would make it better.

Two ways to use Homeflit

homeflit.com is the free self service platform: list, search, offer and message. homeflit.co.uk is being built as a full service estate agency that takes a sale from accepted offer to completion, with identity checks, a memorandum of sale and progress tracking. It is currently a test version and does not yet take instructions.
