List quietly. Wait for the right offer.
Homeflit is free for owners and buyers.
For homeowners
- 1Claim your home
Enter the address and postcode, a few details and the price you would consider. It takes under 5 minutes.
- 2We check you own it
Upload one document showing your name and the address. We check it by hand before your home appears.
- 3Buyers find it quietly
Buyers see your home at postcode level only, never your exact address or your name, and can send you an offer.
- 4You decide, in your own time
Accept, decline or simply wait. If you accept, arrange a viewing and agree the sale. Your solicitors handle the legal side.
For buyers
- 1Draw your search area
Draw the area you want on the map, or pick a radius, and set your budget and must haves.
- 2Hear first
We email you as soon as a matching home is listed, including homes that may not be on any other site.
- 3Offer straight to the owner
Send an offer and message the owner directly. Add proof of funds once and owners see a Funds checked badge.
- 4Move forward together
If the owner accepts, arrange a viewing, agree the sale and instruct a solicitor. Sale steps keep you both on track.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing a home, searching, saving homes, making offers and messaging are free on homeflit.com. There is no commission and no fee when you sell.
How does Homeflit make money?
It does not yet. Homeflit is free while it grows. In future we plan optional paid extras and a full service estate agency at homeflit.co.uk for people who want help through to completion. Any paid service will always be optional and clearly priced before you use it.
Who sees my address?
Only our checking team. Buyers see your home at postcode level. You can choose to share the full address with a particular buyer, for example to arrange a viewing.
Who sees my name?
Nobody on Homeflit. Everyone talks using a code name, such as Amber Wren, so your real name and email stay private.
Is an offer binding?
No. In England, Wales and Scotland a sale is only binding once contracts are exchanged (or missives concluded in Scotland) through solicitors. Either side can change their mind until then.
What happens after I accept an offer?
You arrange a viewing, then agree the sale subject to contract. Both of you instruct a solicitor or conveyancer, the buyer arranges a survey and mortgage, contracts are exchanged and the sale completes. The Sale steps window tracks each stage.
Do I need an estate agent?
No. You can show buyers round yourself, or ask your own estate agent to handle viewings. Homeflit does not value homes, negotiate or hold anyone's money.
How do you check that someone owns a home?
Owners upload a document showing their name and the property address. A person checks it before the home goes live. Homes being checked show as pending.
What if I only want to see what buyers think?
Choose “Not selling, just tracking interest”. Your home stays hidden from buyers, and you still see how many buyers are searching near you.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, at any time. Change your price, hide your home, mark it as under offer or sold, or remove it.
Where does the price data come from?
Recent sales come from HM Land Registry price paid data. They are a guide, not a valuation, and sales take a few months to appear.
Is Northern Ireland covered?
Not yet. Homes in Great Britain can be listed today, and Northern Ireland is planned.
